Which Mazda model had the highest sales for 2018?
Numbers reported for 2018 are not entirely complete yet, as this information is taken from early December. However, we were able to get a good look at how the numbers stack up against the same timeframe in 2017. Once again, the CX-5 retains the top spot with 2018 sales totaling 136,881 from January 2018-November 2018. That’s a 20.6% increase compared to CX-5 sales in 2017, the greatest increase across all Mazda models and about as many sales as all other Mazda models combined for 2018. Overall, Mazda sales have gone up 4.5% compared to the same timeframe in 2017.
The rest of the year is still anyone’s guess, but for now it looks like the reign of the CX-5 continues.
