Christmas lights on a housePaper Ornament Workshop @ Pabst Mansion – Dec. 1

For those of us that do, decorating the tree is beloved tradition. Often, getting that new ornament and finding a place for it on the tree is more exciting than perhaps it should be. Well, if you head over to Pabst Mansion, you can get a fantastic tour of the historic building and participate in a free class where you craft your own classic paper ornament.

Italian Holiday Cookies 1 & 2 @ Glorioso’s Appetito – Dec. 6 – Dec. 7

You and a friend can learn to make some of your favorite cookies from scratch! Each class is 2 to 2.5 hours long. Friday recipes will be traditional ricotta cookies, baci di dama, olive oil and lemon twists, pizzettes, and Nutella pinwheels. Traditional ricotta cookies return on Saturday, but will then shift to jam-filled pizzicati and chocolate amaretti.

Old World Christmas @ Old World Wisconsin – Dec. 7 – Dec. 15

Wassail! Wassail! All over the town! Take a stroll through 1880s Crossroads Village as it gets ready for the holiday season. Or perhaps you’d enjoy taking the horse-drawn sleigh? We thought so. And we weren’t kidding about the wassail. Make sure to grab yourself a nice warm cup or two!

Dreading the Winter Weather?

Is that heater of yours just not what it used to be? Give our service department a ring! They’ll be glad to get your vehicle nice and toasty again. And while you there, why not ask about some new winter tires to make sure you keep control, no matter what Jack Frost has to say about it.
