There’s something to be said about a car that includes more standard features in the lower levels. While some brands brag about what they have available, what they won’t tell you is that those features are only available on the upper, more expensive trims. Enter the 2017 Volkswagen Golf. While it looks the same on the outside as last year’s model, there’s plenty to love about all the new interior features. See how it compares to another top model in the 2017 Volkswagen Golf vs 2017 Honda Civic matchup.
A couple of the new features for 2017 in the Golf include an exclusive four-door body style and the Wolfsburg Edition trim, which is a more luxurious version of the Golf. There’s also a new Sport trim, and that includes 18-inch Nogaro aluminum alloy wheels, Bi-Xenon headlights, LED Daytime Running Lights, keyless access, push button start and black mirror caps. A new standard performance package has been added as well and includes:
