Take a stroll on over to Gordon Park for a full day of fun as you celebrate the 4th of July – a Celebration of Freedom. The day begins with a parade in the morning which will be followed by live music and various activities for kids. The night ends with fireworks which will begin at 9:15 p.m.

Maybe you’re around the Howell Avenue area. If so, check out the events happening at Humbolt Park! The morning starts with a parade and the day will have many activities to choose from, including an 1860s-themed baseball game, donut eating contest, children’s parade, talent show, and of course, fireworks.

Jackson Park will be hosting an event to commemorate the 4th as well. A parade will start the morning off (because what 4th of July is complete without a parade?) where onlookers will receive free ice cream, followed by various events and a final fireworks show at 9:15.

There’s so much going on in Milwaukee this 4th of July that there’s bound to be something for you.
