2018 VW Tiguan Interior Dimensions

When compared to the 2017 VW Tiguan model, the new 2018 Tiguan has far more interior space. At 185.2 inches long, the 2018 Tiguan is 10.7 inches longer than the current version and has up to 57 percent more cargo capacity. The 109.9-inch wheelbase is 4.4-inches longer and provides both sliding second-row seats and the newly available optional third row. The wider and lower stance of the 2018 VW Tiguan allows for a lower lift-in height for the tailgate which creates an easier load space.

2018 VW Tiguan New Features

The 2018 VW Tiguan will now offer a suite of driver assistance technologies. A rearview camera comes standard and available features include Adaptive Cruise Control, upgraded for use in stop and go traffic, Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Monitoring, Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert and Lane Departure Warning. The 2018 Tiguan will also feature a class exclusive Automatic Post-Collision Braking System.
