The two main differences between the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta and 2019 Volkswagen Golf are the body style and price, along with the accompanying changes these bring. The 2019 Volkswagen Jetta starts out $3,100 cheaper than the 2019 Golf, and it’s got a sedan body. This means that it gets better fuel economy but doesn’t get the extreme cargo volume of the 2019 Volkswagen Golf. The 2019 Jetta is also noted for having an extremely smooth, well-handling ride.
The 2019 Volkswagen Golf is more expensive, with slightly worse fuel-economy, but it has truly awesome cargo capabilities, with the possibility of a full 53.7 cubic feet in back. The fuel economy is not as good as that of the 2019 Jetta, but it’s still quite impressive. The 2019 Golf also has more standard features and an excessively nice cabin.
