The 2020 Atlas Cross Sport has a choice of two different engines, the same ones that are available to its Atlas sibling: a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine or a 3.6-liter V6. The four-cylinder puts out 235 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. The V6 produces 276 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque. The V6 is rated to pull up to 5000 lbs. No matter which engine you choose, you’ll have access to the 4MOTION® AWD system that has selectable modes to switch between to handle current driving conditions.
With multiple safety features, the 2020 Atlas Cross Sport will give you peace of mind. It has active driver assistance features like pedestrian monitoring, blind spot monitoring, traffic jam assist, road sign assist, and adaptive cruise control. It will also feature the intelligent crash response system and automatic post-collision braking system. The former, when airbags deploy, turns off the fuel pump, unlock the doors, and activates the hazard lights. The latter will automatically brake in the case of a collision, reducing the chance of additional collisions.
