Shared Features

The Preferred and Premium have a 2.5-liter Skyactiv-G four-cylinder under the hood. It produces 186 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. FWD is standard for each model, but AWD is available. Shared standard features include Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, a Wi-Fi hotspot, HD radio, two USB ports, and an 8.8-inch infotainment display. A 7-inch digital instrument cluster display, LED headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, and proximity keyless entry are also standard. Both trims have the full iActivsense safety suite, including blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, low-speed automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, radar adaptive cruise control, automatic high-beam headlights, driver attention monitoring, and a rearview camera.

Preferred Features

The Preferred trim carries over many features from the Select trim, like leatherette upholstery and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, but it also gets a few upgrades of its own. The moonroof is a great addition, as is the eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory settings. The Preferred trim adds heated front seats, too.

Premium Features

The Premium trim lives up to its name, adding a bunch of luxurious features. Upholstery is upgraded to genuine leather and the standard stereo is switched out for a 12-speaker Bose audio system. Other additions include SiriusXM satellite radio, paddle shifters, a heads-up display, a power liftgate, integrated navigation, and adaptive headlights.
