Recognizing 18 Years of Service – Rick Riazi

July marks 18 years since Rick Riazi joined the Hall Imports team. Rick currently leads our used car department—an area of the dealership that involves a number of moving parts, from vehicle acquisition and reconditioning to pricing and inventory management. It’s a challenging role that requires a steady hand, and Rick has managed it with consistency and professionalism throughout his time here.

Over the years, Rick has become a resource for many of our newer employees, often taking time to share insights and offer guidance. Two phrases he frequently uses reflect his approach:

“The definition of luck is when preparation meets opportunity.” “Two heads work better than one.”

Rick also has a particular affinity for the Volkswagen Certified Pre-Owned program. His attention to detail and commitment to that segment have helped establish Hall as a consistent market leader in VW CPO sales volume—year after year. We appreciate Rick’s long-term commitment to Hall Imports and the experience he brings to his role each day.
